KeyQuest Health was formed by three individuals with a passion for what they do and the knowledge, drive and commitment to deliver the best - every time

The original founders - Carol Faverger, Ruby Nanda and Rosalyn Twite, were joined a year after

KQH's formation by Fiona Cleeton & Ainsley Knox. In October 2009 the project management team was further strengthened by the arrival of Leticia Del Gaudio.   Then in December 2010 Nada Sahinagic again increased KQH's skill base.




Ruby Nanda        

Co-Founder & Director


Born in the UK, Ruby is a Psychology graduate and has worked in the healthcare MR sector since 1998.  

As a director of Synovate Healthcare's fieldwork division she established and oversaw local European field offices specialised in pharmaceutical MR.  Having spent 6 years leading an international department focused on conducting in-person research, she possesses a wealth of knowledge on country specific healthcare systems and structures across the globe.

With over 13 years experience in the healthcare sector, Ruby has managed research in many areas, including most recently ADHD,  alzheimers, AMD, asthma, botulinum toxin,   BPH, breast cancer, COPD, cystic fibrosis, depression, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, haemophilia, HIV, immunotherapy,   MS, OAB, pain management and renal transplantation.

Ruby is trained in NLP and counselling and enjoys building on her academic background in the field of Psychology.  In her free time, Ruby indulges her passion for the arts and adventure travel.

Rosalyn Twite 

Co-Founder & Director


Rosalyn was born in the UK and holds a Law degree from Nottingham University. She has over 10 years experience in international healthcare market research and prior to setting up KQH, was one of the four directors of Synovate Healthcare's fieldwork division. Under her leadership, complex multi-country studies, including emerging markets across Asia and Eastern Europe, were  increasingly fielded and successfully completed.


Ros has long been involved in conducting global key opinion leader research and will continue her development of top quality recruitment in this highly specialised area to ensure access to the best minds in the medical world.

Over the years her therapy area experience has been widespread. Just some of the most recent areas/subjects in which she has overseen fieldwork are:  ACS, allergic rhinitis, CDAD, chronic kidney failure, congestive heart failure, cystic fibrosis, diabetic neuropathy, dupuytren's contracture, epilepsy, HCC, IBS, imaging machines, myelofibriosis, nuclear medicine, oncology, peyronie's, RA, systemic fungal infections, TURBs, wound management and urinary incontinence.

Ros is a great lover of both literature and travel and where possible will be found combining these two passions in her spare time.

Carol Faverger 

Co-Founder


Carol was born and educated in France and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Science, Languages & Philosophy. Having worked in many countries Carol’s languages include Spanish & Italian in addition to fluent French & English.

In 1985 Carol left Apple International to specialise in pharma market research. Since then she has worked as a freelance recruiter, conference specialist researcher, qualitative interviewer and moderator for a number of companies.

Recent areas Carol has covered as a moderator have been anaesthesiology, arthritis, asthma, cardiology, crohn's disease, diabetes, ED, HIV, HRT, laboratory analysis, microbiology, nervous disorders, obesity, oncology,  pace maker implantation, PNH, quality of life studies, renal cancer carcinoma, rheumatology, surgical procedures, sutures and wound dressing.

Due to her widely acknowledged moderation and client handling skills, Carol is well regarded by many pharmaceutical executives and research agencies alike.

Many US clients will also recognise Carol from her time at Synovate owned FI Healthcare, where she spent 5 years as business development manager and first met the two other KQH founders.

Currently Carol devotes her free time to clocking up the final flying hours needed to fly solo in her preferred aircraft, the Cessna.

Fiona Cleeton

Project Director


 

Fiona grew up on Hong Kong Island and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University.


Her previous roles have included Staffing Manager for Intermountain Staffing in Salt Lake City, Utah, and researcher for Jersey Pearl and Voisins in Jersey.

In October 2008 Fiona joined KQH from Synovate Healthcare, where for 3 years she focussed on medical qualitative and quantitative research. As a Project Manager, Fiona led the team specialising in targeting high level respondents; Payors (advisors) and KOLs across the globe.

Over the years Fiona has managed research in a wide number of therapy areas such as diabetes, oncology, rheumatology, opthalmology. In addition she has experience with rarer diseases such as Sanfilippo A, Fabrys, Krabbe disease and Hunters Syndrome.

Fiona is currently enjoying cycling to work in Richmond whilst also swimming and indulging in long walks with her husband and dog Monty in her spare time.

She is also a St John Ambulance volunteer, providing first aid assistance at major sporting events such as Wimbledon as well as public occasions and festivals.

Ainsley Knox

Project Director


Ainsley has been in the market research industry since 1994. He began his career at Gfk NOP, within the international qualitative department specialized in targeting high level respondents based in FTSE 500 companies. During that time he recruited and interviewed many famous names for very varied clients - ranging from Aston Martin to Time Warner.

Ainsley's healthcare specialism began in 2003 when he joined Synovate's medical fieldwork arm and led a project team tasked with managing and conducting healthcare studies globally.

His therapy experience is widespread; just some of the most recent areas covered are alzheimer's, anti-biotics, BPH, ESRD, kidney transplants, haemophilia,  immunoglobulin usage, HIV, influenza, medical devices, MS, nephrology,   parkinson's disease, PID, psoriasis, RA and wound care management.

Ainsley specialises in KOLs, conference recruiting and DFUs as well as large-scale multi-country qualitative and quantitative studies.  

Ainsley is the most creative member of KQH; he is an art lover and gifted cartoonist. He is also a keen collector of graphic narratives.

Leticia Del Gaudio        

Project Director



Born in Brazil, Leticia graduated in Portuguese Language & Literature from the University of Brasilia. She also studied French Language and Culture at the University of Sorbonne in Paris, prior to moving to London in 1999.  

Her market research experience began in 2000 with Harris Interactive, as a team leader tasked with running multiple international projects.

Leticia then spent time as a freelance research consultant, which included conducting in-depth interviews in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish as well as producing comprehensive reports. This enabled her to develop a profound knowledge not only of various research approaches and methodologies but also of the European and  South American markets.

In 2008 Leticia joined TNS as a mystery shopping consultant before joining KQH in October 2009. With vast experience in market research techniques, she now applies her managerial and linguistic skills to the medical arena.

Recently Leticia has managed studies on AMD, allergology, colorectal cancer, dermatology, diabetes (type 2), gout, hep B, leukemia, psoriasis, rheumatology, tissue biopsies and wound care management.

In addition, Leticia specialises in recruiting and moderating KOLs and Payors in Latin America.

Other than literature and medical matters, Leticia's great interests are Latin Philology , world cinema and natural nutrition.

Nada Sahinagic

Project Director


Nada was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina and moved to London in 1993. She spent a number of years working in field marketing and promotions before graduating from University College London with a degree in European Social & Political Studies.


Before specialising in medical market research, Nada worked as a Social Researcher on projects for The Refugee Council and Victim Support, where she conducted interviews with refugees and victims of hate crime.

In 2007 Nada joined Synovate Healthcare as a Project Manager where she managed relationships with key clients on ad-hoc research projects. Her role included developing new business and running projects from first contact to billing.  In December 2010 Nada joined us at KQH as a Project Director.

Nada is highly experienced in managing international projects across the EU and in emerging markets in Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America. She has worked on a variety of therapy areas such as Oncology, Diabetes, HIV, COPD, Asthma, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Kidney Transplants, Rheumatology, NSCLC and Von Willibrand disease. Her special interest lies in KOL and Payer research.

Nada is a trained classical flautist, an enthusiastic follower of live music, armchair politics and European cinema.  She also loves the British seaside, Gothic horror novels and Nigel Slater.
